MEET ALLISON
After two decades of practicing yoga, I’m still in awe of the magic and power of this ancient lifestyle wisdom. Not only have the physical practices, meditation and breath work been pivotal tools for me in navigating the challenges of modern living, but choosing to live like a yogi with the eight limbs of yoga has been my roadmap to cultivating more peace, fulfillment, and joy, both on and off the mat. I love sharing how yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices can shape our experiences, help us heal, and transform our lives for the better. Everyone has the ability to attune to their own intuitive wisdom and radiance, anytime anywhere, to truly embody their highest selves and pursue and meaningful lives.

Healthy Communication & Boundaries
Growing our relationships through embracing vulnerability, building trust, using nonviolent communication. We identify your physical, emotional, digital, and energetic boundaries and practice communicating and maintaining them.
Emotional Regulation & Somatic Embodiment
Increasing emotional awareness and attunement with to the wisdom of our bodies and hearts, developing greater self awareness and cultivating both inner and outer radiance.

We work on managing stress and anxiety through evidence-based breath work and dialectical behavioral therapy practices
Energy Balancing
We clear and balance energy using the chakra system. We also work to balance our the innate masculine and feminine energies within all of us using polarity concepts and taoism.

What can I expect from yoga classes?
We customize classes to suit your personal needs, connecting movement and breath, prioritizing accessibility by using modifications to achieve desired results of poses. We use Iyengar style alignment, kundalini breathwork, and chakra healing practices. We seek ayurvedic and energetic balance. Yoga is a more than just a physical practice, but a lifestyle for wellness and spiritual growth. Anyone can do yoga anywhere anytime. We meet you where you are at emotionally and energetically day, finding your edge but what also feels nourishing to you.
What is holistic wellness coaching?
Holistic wellness coaching is a self directed process integrating all aspects of wellness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. With an emphasis on mindfulness and self compassion, we inventory your values, habits, challenges, and areas of desired growth. Whether your seeking support with individual, relational, or professional goals, you will strengthen and deepen your connection to yourself and others, create and grow with purpose, and unlock your potential.

We use a sliding scale model to ensure individuals from all backgrounds can have access guidance for wellness, intuitive self healing and empowerment.

In person or online. We work to accommodate your needs and schedule.

You set the schedule and number of visits. For optimal results: regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies in daily life.
